JR Hopf brings more than a decade of experience in the waterproofing and construction industry, with a strong background in manufacturer representation, outside sales, and project management. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with leading waterproofing manufacturers, gaining extensive technical knowledge of material systems, application methods, and industry best practices for both new construction and restoration projects.
With a bachelor’s degree in business, JR combines his technical expertise with a strong understanding of sales, project management, and business development. His experience working directly with manufacturers, contractors, and project teams provides him with a unique perspective on selecting the right systems, addressing complex waterproofing challenges, and delivering solutions that meet the specific needs of each project.
As President of Triton Caulking & Waterproofing, JR leads the company with a focus on quality, accountability, strong industry relationships, and continued growth. His combination of technical knowledge and business leadership plays an integral role in Triton’s commitment to providing dependable waterproofing solutions and exceptional service throughout South Florida.
Daniel Bernhard Jr. brings more than two decades of hands-on experience in the waterproofing industry. A Florida native from a family of waterproofing professionals, Daniel began his career with his father’s company, CoMan, where he learned the industry from the ground up.
Throughout his career, Daniel has progressed through roles including foreman, superintendent, and project estimator, giving him extensive knowledge of both field operations and project management. His experience spans new construction and complex restoration projects, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of waterproofing systems, applications, and jobsite execution.
As Vice President and Head Operations at Triton Caulking & Waterproofing, Daniel applies his field expertise and industry knowledge to oversee operations, support project teams, and ensure Triton consistently delivers quality workmanship and dependable performance.
Denice Hopf brings more than 20 years of experience in private equity operations, financial management, and strategic business leadership. With an MBA in Finance, she brings a strong financial and operational perspective to Triton Caulking & Waterproofing, helping guide the company’s growth, systems, and long-term strategy.
Denice also holds a Florida specialty contractor’s license, combining her business expertise with a strong understanding of the construction and waterproofing industries. Her leadership is centered on building effective teams, improving processes, and creating the operational foundation necessary to consistently deliver high-quality work and dependable service.
As Chief Operating Officer, Denice plays an integral role in Triton’s continued growth and commitment to excellence. Under her leadership, Triton is also proud to be a certified woman-owned and operated business, reflecting the company’s commitment to leadership, opportunity, and excellence within the construction industry.
